The product is sold out, will it still be on the website?
Because we work a lot with vintage fabrics, the collections are constantly changing. There is often only a limited edition available per print.
There are a number of items that are permanently in our collections. When these are back in stock, we often share this on social media. Keep an eye on our social media to stay up to date!

Within what period will my order be delivered?
We do our best to ship the order as quickly as possible. We ship orders within 1/2 working days. The delivery time is between 1 to 3 working days. Please note that delivery time may take a little longer for shipments to Belgium or other countries.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing an order?
After placing an order, it is no longer possible to change or cancel it. Of course you always have the right to return your items.
My item was damaged, broken or delivered incorrectly. What can I do?
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or broken item, please contact us by emailing: Info@vivrejewels.nl.
We will then solve it for you as quickly as possible! :).
